Key Accomplishments During First Term

Led efforts to reduce ambulance response times in Daphne from 30 minutes or more to under 10 minutes, ensuring residents and visitors receive timely emergency medical care when it matters most.

Championed efforts to improve Daphne’s infrastructure by supporting the paving of roads, enhancing traffic flow through intersection upgrades, and investing in stormwater management projects to reduce flooding and protect neighborhoods across the city.

Helped secure nearly $750,000 for the new sidewalk on the south end of Lake Forest, improving neighborhood connectivity and providing a safer path for pedestrians.

Supported and help secure the allocation of nearly $250,000 to revitalize Centennial Park, creating a safer and improved space for children and families to enjoy.

Played a key role in the development of the Jubilee Splash Pad and restroom facilities at the popular "Purple Park," expanding recreational opportunities for Daphne families. Also supported the addition of new pickleball courts at Lott Park and the expansion and revitalization of Bayfront Park.

Participated in the development of the Envision Daphne 2042 Comprehensive Master Plan, providing a strategic vision to guide future growth and development.

Supported multiple updates to the city’s Land Use and Development Ordinances to ensure responsible growth while protecting the health, safety, and character of the community.

Served as a strong advocate and voice for Daphne’s fire and police departments, supporting initiatives that improve staffing, training, equipment, and resources to help ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
